La Minoterie (The Flour Mill)
The main part of the house, with central heating, accommodation is over 3 floors and consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms:
  
- 1st floor - Master bedroom (king size bed)
- 1st floor - Double bedroom (king size bed) with space for cot, baby changing unit if required
- 1st floor - Twin bedroom with two single beds
- 2nd floor - Double bedroom (king size bed) with large en-suite shower room
- 2nd floor - Twin bedroom with two single beds and large en-suite shower room
- Extra sleeping area can be offered with 2 single beds on the very large landing area on the 1st floor(currently used as a games room), although this area is also a walk-through to other rooms.
- Large family bathroom with bath and shower on 1st floor
- Large, comfortable living room with fireplace and woodburning stove. UK satellite TV, French TV and DVD.
- Fully equipped kitchen/diner - oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle - place settings for 12. Featuring the original bread oven and old water pump.
- Downstairs WC
- Dining/reading area - in a character-filled room housing the old mill "gears", Hi-Fi.
- Use of washing machine and tumble dryer
La Maison du Frere
The mill was at one time worked by two brothers. When one of the brothers married he moved his new bride into the main house and the bachelor brother made this house his home.
- Accommodation is all on the ground floor.
- Double bedroom
- Twin bedroon with beds arranged either as bunk beds or twin singles
- Shower room with handbasin and WC
- Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with fireplace; Hi-fi and TV and DVD; FreeSat TV; Fully equipped: oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, place settings for four.
- Use of washing machine and tumble dryer
Both of the gites are comfortably furnished. Bedlinen, towels and tea towels are all provided. Outside seating and BBQ areas for each property, guests are welcome to use all the grounds (10 acres!)
A selection of indoor and outdoor games (badminton, quoits, boules, archery) is provided for the use of guests along with a library of english books and DVDs.
Well behaved dogs are welcome!
Please note that the property is surrounded by water, it is the responsibility of guests to ensure proper supervision of children at all times.
Satellite TV : Channels usually available are BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and 5. However we cannot guarantee reception at all times. If there is a programme due to be aired during your stay with us that you simply CANNOT miss - please make arrangements to have it recorded for you before you leave home!
